Splitting of metal sheets on punching press

We offer manufacture of products on CNC punching press EUROPE 258 by Japan-based AMADA.

The machine can punch steel, stainless steel, and aluminium metal sheets thick from 0.8 to 4mm (up to 6mm) with high emphasis on accuracy. The machine can handle this at high speed and working efficiency.

The press is a production machine having a portal structure and handy fitting of dies in a revolver head with 27 stations, including three rotary ones. The processing speed is also assisted by high travel speed and short dies replacement, wherein medium die replacement time is 1.5s only. These parameters allow us to offer quality metal sheet processing of various shapes in short lead time.
